Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, kitchen equipment, and utensils to guarantee guest satisfaction.
• Keep the dishwashing station, including the three-compartment sink and surrounding areas, clean and orderly.
• Verify equipment cleanliness and functionality, promptly reporting any issues to management.
• Carry out light maintenance and custodial duties as assigned.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain a positive demeanor towards guests, clients, co-workers, and customers.
• Follow Aramark’s safety protocols and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation practices.
• Protect company assets by ensuring security measures are adhered to.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of sanitation procedures is required.
• Capable of adhering to safety protocols, especially due to exposure to hazardous chemicals.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
