Job Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machines efficiently.
• Ensure rinse and wash temperatures meet safety standards.
• Manage water changes and properly use and store dishwashing chemicals.
• Set up and maintain organization of dish racks.
• Remove trash regularly to maintain cleanliness.
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols thoroughly.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to support team efforts.
