Job Summary
- Maintain professional appearance: no visible piercings except ears and nose; no tattoos displaying macabre, violent, or inappropriate imagery.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and administrative guidelines strictly.
- Exhibit a positive and professional attitude in a noisy environment.
- Work effectively in varying temperature zones throughout the restaurant.
- Arrive prepared and punctual according to scheduled shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold sanitation standards, ensuring products are stored and prepared at correct safe temperatures.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all equipment, utensils, and countertops to maintain hygienic eating and drinking areas.
- Participate in scheduled weekly cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Qualifications and Physical Requirements
- Availability to work Sundays on a rotating schedule is mandatory.
- Physical ability to bend at the waist and lift up to 50 pounds to waist height.
- Capability to carry items up to 30 pounds over distances up to 25 feet.
- Endurance to stand and stay active during an 8-hour shift, including navigating stairs.
