Key Responsibilities

• Thorough cleaning and washing of all hotel and kitchen utensils and dishware.
• Careful and professional handling and operation of dishwashing machines and equipment.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the dishwashing area while adhering strictly to HACCP guidelines.
• Cleaning floors across the kitchen and dishwashing zones.
