Primary Duties

• Operate a commercial high-temperature dishwasher to clean and sanitize all kitchen dishes efficiently.
• Manage kitchen trash disposal effectively to maintain cleanliness.
• Assist in food preparation tasks and organize dishes using the FIFO (first in, first out) system.
• Provide exceptional customer service at the deli counter when requested.

Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Familiarity and proficiency with commercial kitchen equipment are essential.
• Basic knife skills are required.
• Must have a basic command of the English language.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
