Position Overview

The dishwasher plays an essential role in the kitchen, ensuring that all equipment and facilities remain clean and sanitary to support successful culinary experiences. This position requires maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and back-of-house areas, as well as assisting with food preparation when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machines by loading and unloading dishware.
• Hand-wash specific items such as wooden cutting boards, large pots, and fragile China.
• Organize and store clean dishes, glasses, and utensils appropriately.
• Maintain adequate quantities of clean dishware and utensils during busy periods.
• Monitor dishwashing machines for proper operation and promptly report any technical issues.
