Primary Duties

• Operate dishwashing machines efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain appropriate rinse and wash water temperatures.
• Handle dish chemicals correctly, including changing water and safe storage.
• Organize and set up dish racks for optimal workflow.
• Manage waste by removing trash regularly.
• Adhere to and uphold safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
• Collaborate effectively as part of the kitchen team.
