Job Overview

As a Dishwasher in our Food & Beverage Department, you will be responsible for cleaning, transporting, and storing all dishware including china, glassware, and silverware, while ensuring kitchen and dock cleanliness.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Keep the dish room, kitchen aisle, and dock sanitary and orderly.
• Set up dishwashing machinery, wash dishes, organize and store cleaned items following proper processes.
• Manage waste by emptying and cleaning trash containers inside and out.
• Clean the dock area and dumpsters thoroughly.
• Disassemble, clean, and maintain the dishwashing machine.
• Sanitize all breakdown tables, tile walls, and baseboards.
• Perform additional related tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Proficiency in English communication.
• Self-motivated with a calm and professional demeanor.
• Ability to interact courteously with guests and coworkers.
• Willingness to assist team members and collaborate effectively.
• Physical stamina to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Work Habits: Adhere to hotel standards for dressing, grooming, attendance, and demonstrate adaptability and willingness to learn and resolve routine workplace issues.
