Role Overview

As a Dishwasher, you will be a crucial part of the kitchen team, ensuring a clean, organized environment behind the scenes that helps deliver outstanding dining experiences to our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machines and manually wash items to uphold high sanitation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the dishwashing area, floors, trash zones, and properly store all dishes and utensils.
• Assist with delivery handling, basic food preparation, meal setups, and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Properly handle cleaning chemicals and adhere to sanitation and health guidelines, reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Collaborate flexibly with the kitchen team to support various operations as required.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Work will occur mainly in a commercial kitchen setting.
• Physical demands include frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting items up to 50 pounds.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals is expected.
• Schedule flexibility needed to accommodate evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.

• Possession of a valid food handler card or ability to obtain one within the designated timeframe.
