Job Summary

This role is focused on maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, cookware, utensils, kitchen spaces, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Scrape and rinse food debris from dishes and clean them either manually or through dishwashing machines as appropriate, ensuring thorough sanitation.
• Clean pots, pans, and trays following set procedures with complete sanitation.
• Polish silver items employing various equipment or manual methods, ensuring spotless and sanitary condition.
• Adhere strictly to established safety protocols throughout all tasks.
• Monitor and maintain proper temperatures and chemical levels in dishwashing processes as per standards.
• Keep dishwashing areas organized and compliant with safety requirements.
• Perform floor cleaning duties including sweeping and mopping to uphold safety and hygiene standards.
• Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other surfaces used for food preparation.
• Handle trash removal, ensuring proper disposal and maintain cleanliness of garbage containers including steam cleaning or hosing out.
• Transport supplies and equipment between storage and work zones efficiently.
• Assist with loading and unloading supplies and products as needed.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements and Qualifications

• No prior experience is required; candidates will be trained on the job.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions satisfactorily, with or without accommodation.

Work Schedule and Location

This is a full-time position based in San Diego, CA (ASML- CYMER - 17075 Thornmint Court). Working hours are generally from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with some variability in days.

Compensation

The fixed hourly wage for this position is $21.50.
