Job Overview

Wolfgang Puck Catering is urgently seeking full-time dishwashers for their location at Netflix, 5808 West Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA. The role requires maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.

Work Schedule and Location

This full-time position works Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Additional details will be provided during the interview stage. Note that applications are accepted only online.

Key Responsibilities

• Scrape and rinse food debris from dishes and wash by hand or place into dishwashing machines ensuring thorough cleanliness and sanitation.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays following established procedures.
• Polish silverware using appropriate equipment or hand methods.
• Follow all safety procedures rigorously including proper glove use and lifting techniques.
• Maintain proper temperatures and chemical levels for sanitation.
• Keep dish areas orderly and comply with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly.
• Clean work tables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove and sanitize trash containers.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist in loading and unloading supplies and products.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of dishwashing experience preferred but training is provided.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranges from $17.00 to $20.00.
