Role Overview

The Dishwasher position involves working collaboratively in the kitchen while adhering strictly to sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machines efficiently
• Ensure rinse and wash water maintain proper temperatures
• Correctly handle and replace dish chemicals and water
• Organize and set up dish racks appropriately
• Remove trash regularly to maintain cleanliness
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols
• Participate actively in teamwork with kitchen staff
