Job Responsibilities

• Ensure thorough cleaning of dishes and utensils to maintain the highest cleanliness standards.
• Daily check dishwashing machine temperatures to confirm optimal operation.
• Identify and remove any cracked, broken, or damaged dishware and utensils and inform the supervisor.
• Properly store clean dishes, glassware, and utensils for upcoming meals.
• Dispose of all waste appropriately.
• Perform cleaning of the dishwashing machine inside and out at the end of each shift.
• Conduct monthly deep cleaning of the kitchen areas.
• Clean and maintain kitchen floors, walk-in refrigerator, and freezer by sweeping and mopping every evening.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferred minimum of six months’ experience working in a commercial kitchen environment.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English to communicate effectively.
