Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize dishwashing and pot washing stations.
• Carry out washing of dishes, pots, and utensils efficiently.
• Sort, distribute, and properly store all cleaned kitchenware.
• Sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and various kitchen areas following established cleaning protocols and schedules.
• Dispose of trash as needed to maintain cleanliness.
• Clean floors, walls, exhaust hoods, ventilation systems, and mats to uphold hygiene standards.
• Be available for some weekend and evening shifts as required.
