Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Operate the dishwashing machinery efficiently and safely.
- Monitor and ensure proper rinse and wash water temperatures are maintained.
- Manage water changes and correctly use and store dishwashing chemicals.
- Organize and arrange dish racks for effective washing cycles.
- Assist with removal and disposal of trash to maintain cleanliness.
- Adhere strictly to safety and sanitation protocols in the kitchen area.
- Participate actively in team efforts, promoting collaboration and support.
