Role Overview

As a Dishwasher, you will be essential in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation to ensure a safe and efficient kitchen operation. You'll actively participate as a team player fostering a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere for guests and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute actively in a collaborative team setting promoting genuine hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing tableware, pots, pans, and all kitchen equipment.
• Keep the dishroom and associated equipment orderly and hygienic.
• Adhere to safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards established by regulatory agencies.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume culinary or hospitality setting.
• Valid food handler’s card and any other necessary certifications as per federal, state, or local regulations.
• Basic operational knowledge including storage and rotation of food, kitchenware, and tableware; effective cleaning and sanitizing procedures; and general housekeeping tasks such as sweeping and trash removal.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Flexibility to undertake additional duties supporting overall business requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Able to frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Regularly perform physical movements including bending, stooping, and kneeling.
• Stand for prolonged periods throughout the shift.
• Operate equipment such as hand carts, knives, blenders, slicers, and other kitchen tools as per training.
• Work shifts as scheduled based on business needs.

Compensation and Equal Opportunity
