Key Responsibilities

  • Convert your investment insights into well-calibrated portfolio positions, managing position sizing, order execution, and adhering to risk controls.
  • Maintain a rigorous investment discipline, dynamically adjusting portfolio exposure in response to evolving market conditions and risk-reward profiles.
  • Collaborate with internal researchers, traders, and engineers to capitalize on the firm's data and technological resources for idea development and trade execution.
  • Assume full accountability for portfolio outcomes, focusing on delivering steady, risk-adjusted returns within the firm's established risk parameters.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a closely related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years in relevant trading or investment roles, preferably within hedge funds or crypto-native trading firms.
  • Documented success in generating positive returns in digital asset markets, with verifiable historical performance.
  • Proven ability to manage volatility, limit drawdowns, and safeguard capital through diligent risk-adjusted management.
  • Experience independently managing capital, including portfolio construction, determining position sizes, and making informed investment decisions.
  • Strong grasp of digital asset market dynamics and the fundamental factors driving performance and risk.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in traditional finance, particularly managing assets within hedge funds or institutional investment firms.

Interview Process

  • Initial CV review based on qualifications and experience.
  • Potential HR screening call for further clarification.

  • Chief Investment Officer (CIO) interview to evaluate strategic insight and cultural compatibility.
