The role of Director, Treasury is crucial to managing and overseeing post-close obligations related to the company’s financing portfolio and ensuring compliance with funding terms.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily cash flow and liquidity across multiple entities and jurisdictions, in collaboration with financial planning and analysis teams.
  • Create and enforce treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls, extending these frameworks to newly acquired businesses.
  • Administer global banking relationships, including structuring bank accounts and managing Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance processes.
  • Lead the adoption and integration of a treasury management system that interfaces with SAP and banking platforms, ensuring alignment with SOX and internal control requirements.
  • Supervise interest rate hedging activities, monitor hedge effectiveness, and prepare treasury risk reports for the CFO and Board of Directors.
