Director, Transaction Services

Position Overview

We are collaborating with a prominent Transaction Services team based in Dublin to recruit a Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the examination and interpretation of financial data from target firms in preparation for transactions.
• Manage and coordinate projects with both local Irish and international team members.
• Lead client meetings and presentations, maintaining strong engagement with all stakeholders during transactions.
• Work closely with legal teams and other advisors to ensure smooth transaction completions.
• Take an active role in business growth initiatives by building and maintaining relationships within the local professional and business sectors.

Candidate Profile

• Possess at least eight years of experience in Transaction Services or Corporate Finance advisory within Ireland or the UK.
• Hold professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA.
• Demonstrate strong commercial insight and excellent organizational skills.
• Exhibit confidence in managing diverse stakeholders throughout transaction processes.
• Adopt a proactive approach with the ability to tackle new challenges and devise effective solutions.
• Showcase robust skills in developing and mentoring team members.
