Role Overview
This critical leadership role oversees the Platform Engineering team responsible for next-generation AI infrastructure and modernizing a trusted product used across global enterprises. The incumbent will direct technical strategy influencing R&D velocity and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the engineering team, ensuring delivery quality and operational excellence across multiple layers of platform architecture.
- Drive the company’s cloud migration to Azure within committed deadlines.
- Advance the AI Agentic Platform from early adoption to full production-grade maturity.
- Lead large-scale migration of customer extensions to the modern AI-powered platform, enhancing automation pipelines and resolving migration challenges.
- Collaborate closely with R&D to shape the technical roadmap and future vision.
Qualifications
- Over 12 years of experience developing and running production software, including more than 5 years in leadership roles within platform, infrastructure, or cloud engineering teams.
- Extensive background in Enterprise Software or SaaS environments supporting major clients.
- Experience working with mission-critical infrastructure software or within regulated sectors is highly valued.
- Proven expertise managing Azure and/or AWS environments with enterprise-grade SLAs, encompassing operational readiness beyond initial deployment.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary data platforms and operational management of large language model (LLM) systems, including pipelines, evaluation metrics, cost management, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional leadership skills attracting and nurturing senior engineering talent.
- Excellent communication abilities to engage effectively with multinational leadership teams.
