Role Summary

We are seeking a passionate Analytics Director to lead the APAC analytics team. This leader will help shape a critical region’s product roadmap through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making. Reporting to the Global Senior Analytics Director for Regional Expansion, this role works closely with product, banking, and engineering heads to drive impactful collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support data-informed solutions to complex challenges in the APAC region by establishing meaningful KPIs and measurement frameworks that foster accountability.
• Lead and develop a talented group of approximately 10 product analysts, facilitating their ability to collaborate with multiple product teams and enhance customer experience across diverse APAC markets.
• Refine the analytical vision and contribute to regional and global analytics strategies, tackling complex business problems across multiple territories.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience building and managing analytics teams in fast-moving, globally scaling companies, ideally leading teams of 10 or more including other managers.
• Ability to simplify complex data insights and translate them into compelling narratives that drive organizational change.
• Experience mentoring and supporting analysts to establish trusted partnerships within cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on proficiency with data analysis and manipulation, including advanced skills in scripting and coding using SQL and Python or R, with capacity to coach others.
• Experience collaborating on projects to develop data-driven KPIs to align teams around impactful goals.
• Preferred experience applying AI/machine learning techniques and building predictive models to gain deeper insights.

Annual base salary range: 230,000 - 318,000 SGD plus RSUs.
