This division serves diverse industries including Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Leisure & Hospitality, Software, Transport, Telecom, and Digital Infrastructure, supporting FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies, public-sector bodies, and leading private equity investors with strategic, operational, and due diligence consulting.

Role Summary

As a Director, you will play a crucial leadership role within the Management Consulting team, focusing on delivering outstanding client outcomes and fostering team growth. Collaborating closely with Senior Managing Directors, you will build strong client partnerships, drive business development, and contribute to expanding the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage complex consulting projects alongside a Managing Director
• Lead advanced analytical efforts, produce insightful recommendations, and deliver top-tier written materials
• Develop and refine strategic recommendations through iterative collaboration with clients and senior stakeholders
• Direct daily case team activities, including resource allocation, delegation, mentoring, and professional development of junior staff
• Advance business development by identifying opportunities, crafting thought leadership, preparing proposals, and engaging in client presentations
• Cultivate trusted, long-term relationships with senior clients, serving as a strategic advisor and ensuring successful project execution
• Facilitate senior-level client presentations and interactive workshops that clearly communicate complex concepts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in strategy, management consulting, or a related advisory area
• Proven track record leading complex client engagements and major strategic initiatives
• Demonstrated success managing consulting teams and achieving high-quality client results
• Strong analytic, problem-solving, and quantitative reasoning abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective stakeholder engagement, influencing, and relationship-building capabilities
• Experience managing senior client relationships
• Leadership skills including coaching and developing junior consultants
• Sound commercial judgment and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Arabic
• Entrepreneurial problem-solving mindset
• Experience supporting business development activities such as proposals, thought leadership, and client pitches
• Previous work with public sector or sovereign-linked entities
• Additional languages with business-level proficiency
