Job description
Position Overview
Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), this newly established senior leadership role is responsible for advancing and shaping the organisation’s strategies in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Learning & Talent Management within a large, complex professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer strategic leadership to the Talent Acquisition team to ensure recruitment approaches, processes, and workforce planning support the organisation's core business goals.
- Enhance recruitment frameworks, systems, and procedures to achieve efficient, consistent, and high-quality hires.
- Provide direction and thought leadership in areas including Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Talent Management, and Succession Planning.
- Lead initiatives focused on organisational development and change management to boost employee engagement, experience, organisational efficiency, readiness for change, and strengthen leadership succession pipelines for critical roles.
- Collaborate closely with senior executives to advise on complex employee relations issues, crafting progressive policies to nurture a positive, equitable, and high-performing workplace culture.
Candidate Requirements
- University degree holder with a minimum of 15 years of advancing HR experience, demonstrating success in leading large-scale organisational transformation and deep expertise in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Learning & Talent Management.
- Exhibit strong business acumen, leadership skills, and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing HR teams within sizable, complex, and matrix-structured organisations is highly beneficial.
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management competencies, with the flexibility to excel in a fast-moving, dynamic setting.
