About the Role and Company

Your Impact and Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the management of Finalta's multi-client and multi-country benchmarking programs tailored for the banking sector to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Develop and review client deliverables, ensuring they are of the highest standard, insightful, and include key findings along with quantifiable recommendations.
- Maintain and nurture critical client relationships throughout the benchmarking process and beyond to maximize satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Direct and mentor a team of analysts, managing talent acquisition, providing coaching, and enhancing team performance both individually and collectively.
- Communicate and present analysis results to clients and pertinent stakeholders, effectively disseminating critical messages.
- Plan, prepare, and facilitate client workshops including generating and delivering relevant materials and actionable reports.
- Contribute to developing thought leadership by authoring research articles on retail banking best practices, industry trends, and insights.
- Drive business development initiatives by attracting talent, expanding benchmarking peer groups, exploring new markets, and launching innovative products.
Candidate Qualifications and Skills
- At least eight years of relevant experience within financial services, particularly banking, strategy, consulting, or business development roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of the banking industry.
- Structured and analytical thinker with a talent for transforming complex data into compelling narratives.
- Proven leadership abilities with a passion for inspiring and developing teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a capability to build and sustain robust client relationships.
- Experienced in comprehensive project management, from initiation through to successful delivery.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English at a fluency level.
