About the eCommerce Team
The eCommerce division operates within Revenue Marketing, focusing on driving revenue and growth through digital commerce channels while ensuring a seamless customer journey from trial to subscription renewal. This team works closely with Enterprise Customer Success and Sales to deliver an exceptional experience.
Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven Director of eCommerce based in Dublin who will lead the eCommerce revenue initiatives. This individual will take ownership of the eCommerce revenue targets, focusing on boosting conversion rates, maximizing revenue, and enhancing the overall customer experience during trials, purchases, renewals, and subscription management. The role suits someone who blends marketing, sales, and customer experience expertise and enjoys data-driven, hands-on leadership where their work directly influences revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the VP of Revenue Marketing to establish comprehensive revenue plans for the eCommerce channel, identifying essential inputs and data.
- Engage cross-functionally with product, IT, finance, sales, operations, and marketing teams to align strategies and operations.
- Oversee the eCommerce technology stack, primarily powered by Stripe, ensuring vendor alignment to facilitate seamless online buying and adoption processes.
- Track, drive, and be accountable for eCommerce revenue performance, aligning efforts with broader marketing and revenue objectives.
- Coordinate with performance marketing, web, and operations teams to leverage digital channels effectively, conducting ongoing testing and optimization to enhance the eCommerce customer journey.
- Maintain and communicate the eCommerce roadmap and project plans, ensuring visibility and updates across the organization.

- Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision making.

- Adept at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and simplifying complex challenges into actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills tailored for diverse audiences, effectively using data to cut through differing opinions.
- Comfortable collaborating across multiple organizational departments to meet objectives.
- Familiarity with technology platforms such as Stripe, HubSpot, Intercom, and Tableau.
- Demonstrated history of owning and consistently growing eCommerce revenue month over month.
- Prior experience with SEO/AE0 to optimize online presence and sales.
