Job description
Position Overview
We are collaborating with a premier infrastructure investment platform to recruit a senior-level Director within its Project Finance division. This role centers on originating, structuring, and executing significant financing deals involving digital and core infrastructure assets. The platform is distinguished by a robust track record and a promising project pipeline, presenting opportunities to engage with leading investors, sponsors, and institutional capital providers.
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive the entire lifecycle of project finance and infrastructure financing deals, including origination, structuring, and execution.
- Forge and maintain senior-level relationships with infrastructure funds, sponsors, developers, and institutional investors.
- Identify and initiate new business prospects within digital and core infrastructure sectors.
- Manage transactions from initial mandate through to financial close, ensuring oversight of financial modeling, due diligence, deal structuring, and documentation.
- Deliver strategic consultation on project finance, acquisition financing, refinancing, and capital structure arrangements.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their development and contributing to the expansion of the platform.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Possesses 8 to 12 or more years of experience in project finance, infrastructure finance, or investment banking.
- Demonstrates a proven record in originating, structuring, and executing complex infrastructure financing transactions.
- Experience in digital infrastructure, data centers, or core infrastructure is highly advantageous.
- Exhibits strong commercial acumen and technical expertise, particularly in financial modeling and debt structuring.
- Has well-established relationships with infrastructure funds, sponsors, developers, and institutional investors.
- Proven capability to generate new business opportunities and sustain senior-level client relations.
- Displays effective leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing junior colleagues.
