  • Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous process improvement aligned with User Interface strategy for medical and combination drug-device products, emphasizing intuitive design, accessibility, and patient-centered usability consistent with labeling strategies.
  • Guarantee delivery of inspection-ready, high-quality User Interface outputs at first submission.
  • Maintain strong collaborative relationships with global business units and stakeholders, establishing advocates and partnerships to support UI initiatives.
  • Manage external vendors and oversee study execution to ensure methodological rigor, regulatory compliance, and timely generation of Human Factors evidence.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Familiarity with critical industry standards including EU MDR, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, ISO 62366, and 21 CFR Part 820.
