Qiddiya Investment Company is spearheading development in Saudi Arabia's entertainment and tourism sectors. We are searching for a creative and resourceful Director - Development specializing in Guest Arrival Experience to become a key part of our energetic team. The role concentrates on delivering top-tier Guest Arrival Experience within the Right of Way (ROW) for our expansive development initiatives, ensuring flawless execution aligned with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead efforts in preparing project briefs, business cases, planning, design, logistics, implementation, stakeholder interactions, project controls, operator handover, and completion.
• Update and review the development brief, specifying district scope, objectives, timelines, and budget, steering the conceptual direction.
• Conduct site inspections, address inquiries, evaluate bids on technical and commercial grounds to confirm successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with essential stakeholders including government bodies, operators, and other district teams within Qiddiya.
• Drive team results by setting personal goals, managing performance, and fostering growth to maximize output.
• Provide leadership by mentoring, coaching, inspiring, and challenging team members.
• Work closely with portfolio leads across Places and Public Realm, Development Marketing, Destination Marketing, and Projects to coordinate design, approval, and delivery of integrated experiences that enhance visitor engagement in Qiddiya City.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
• Extensive experience spanning 10 to 15 years in managing major programs or comparable fields.
• Proven skill in coordinating public realm environments for large-scale developments.
• Deep knowledge of local regulations, legal frameworks, and compliance procedures.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Excellent skills in negotiation, communication, and interpersonal relations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams and manage expectations of various stakeholders effectively.
• Competence in project management tools and GIS software.
