  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to ensure accurate role levelling before recruitment.
  • Create compensation models and business cases to inform talent and workforce decisions through scenario and cost analysis.
  • Assist with long-term incentive plan (LTIP) and carried interest analysis by partnering with Finance and external advisors to manage valuation, mechanics, and communication.
  • Analyze compensation trends, internal equity, and data anomalies to identify retention risks.
  • Prepare detailed compensation reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Lead and support the annual compensation review process and related governance activities.
  • Manage relationships with external advisors offering compensation and insurance consultancy services.
  • Maintain accuracy and audit readiness of compensation data within SuccessFactors and related HR systems.
  • Promote organizational policies on health and safety, environment, energy efficiency, quality, information security, and business continuity, ensuring compliance with incident reporting and regulation.

Candidate Profile

  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, strong expertise in data analysis and reporting. Deep knowledge of job architecture methodologies and salary benchmarking frameworks. Familiarity with LTIP and carried interest models. Prior work engaging with external advisors on compensation and insurance.
  • Personal Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, and discretion. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication of complex compensation information to non-specialist stakeholders and capability to coordinate across diverse markets and currencies.
