Why Join Us?

- Collaborate with industry professionals in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Be part of an organization recognized globally for advancing sustainable tourism and development.
- Work in stunning natural locations contributing to world-class projects.
Job Purpose
- Lead Botanica Red Sea's commercial division to expand profitable contracted revenue across multiple business lines such as plant and tree supply, contract growing, nursery services, horticultural soil, indoor plants and flowers, agricultural consulting, and landscape maintenance.
- Own commercial strategy, pricing, tendering, client contracts, and key accounts for both internal RSG clients and external developments.
- Ensure all client commitments are feasible and maintain positive margins for Botanica’s business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year commercial strategies and annual revenue plans by business line, client segment, and destination, aligned with Botanica and RSG group priorities.
- Define product and service offerings and establish pricing structures such as unit rates, lump sums, schedule of rates, per-square meter maintenance, and per-plant prices.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking; identify new market segments and services.
- Provide monthly demand forecasts to the PMO for sales and operations planning.
- Manage opportunity pipelines across internal and external clients, including government entities, hotel operators, and developers.
- Lead bid/no-bid reviews, tender strategy, and oversee preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
- Approve cost and pricing strategies together with Finance, ensuring margins meet approved floors unless otherwise authorized.
- Develop strategic partnerships, and expand distribution and sales channels for indoor plants, flowers, and soil products.
- Maintain key account relationships with internal and external clients, including managing contracts, SLAs, performance reviews, negotiations, renewals, and contract compliance.
- Address contract variations, claims, price adjustments, and maintain a contract register and obligations log.
- Conduct client satisfaction surveys and site reviews, responding to complaints timely.
- Ensure monthly invoices are supported by verified service evidence and manage collections efforts to safeguard payment timelines.
- Monitor sales, revenue, and margin against plans, reporting variances and corrective actions monthly.
- Lead marketing efforts to establish Botanica as a trusted sustainable plant supplier, including managing catalogues, digital presence, exhibitions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Organize Botanica tours and visitor experiences for stakeholders and clients.
- Build and lead the commercial team, setting objectives, KPIs, succession plans, and Saudization targets.
- Implement and enforce commercial policies such as pricing approvals, credit terms, discount authority, and ethics controls (ISO 37301).
- Operate as a Department Head according to organizational directives.
- Adhere to all Botanica and RSG policies, ensuring controlled, auditable compliance with procedures.
- Champion safety, quality, and environmental management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) alongside compliance management (ISO 37301) ensuring employee safety and product/service standards.
- Identify and drive continual improvements in departmental systems, processes, cost efficiency, productivity, and client value.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Horticulture, or Landscape Architecture; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in commercial management, business development, or contracts, with at least 7 years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven success in securing and overseeing multi-year service or supply contracts valued above SAR 20 million within landscaping, facility management, nursery, agriculture, or hospitality sectors.
- Experience with large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia and familiarity with hotel operators or government clients is strongly desired.
Skills and Functional Competencies
- Expertise in contract negotiation, pricing models (unit rate, lump sum, cost-plus), and commercial risk management.
- Strong financial skills including margin analysis, cash flow forecasting, and understanding payment terms impacts.
- Competence in key account management, CRM systems, and pipeline governance.

Job Environment and Challenges

- This role addresses internal RSG and external clients including developers, hotel operators, and government entities, balancing revenue growth with production capabilities.
