Responsibilities

  • Head the client intelligence teams at the market level, setting strategic priorities, overseeing performance, and cultivating commercial skills within a culture of continuous improvement and consultative sales.
  • Manage resource allocation, vendor partnerships, and remain commercially accountable for project prioritization.
  • Develop solution bundles and cross-sell initiatives to generate a strategic pipeline of client intelligence opportunities, ensuring Visa’s offerings align with AP commercial priorities and global intelligence standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing Services, account management, and consulting units to create new revenue streams and reinforce current client investments by building strong internal and external relationships.
  • Lead Visa’s Brand Performance program, providing global, regional, and market teams with detailed insights derived from brand metrics, consumer feedback, and competitive analysis.
  • Advocate for AI-driven research and automated analytics platforms that enhance the speed, quality, and scalability of insights for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a senior representative of Visa in the payments intelligence space, contributing to industry fora, client briefings, and thought leadership across the Asia Pacific region.
  • Comply with Visa's requirement to be on-site a minimum of three days per week; specific attendance expectations will be clarified by the hiring manager.

Qualifications

  • Over 15 years of experience encompassing consumer insights and analytics, ideally complemented by roles in strategy, management consulting, or commercial advisory, demonstrating leadership in client-facing and revenue-accountable positions.
  • Exceptional abilities in stakeholder management and influencing within complex, multi-layered organizations that operate regionally and globally.
  • Proven senior leadership in insights or analytics functions, including team leadership, talent nurturing, succession planning, and operation model design.
  • Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods, advanced analytics, enterprise data platforms, and AI-powered insight tools, with skill in converting technical expertise into commercial value.
  • Strong storytelling and communication capabilities to distill intricate analyses into clear, persuasive narratives suited for senior executives both inside and outside the company.
  • In-depth understanding of Asia Pacific markets related to financial institutions, payments, consumer behavior, and digital commerce ecosystems; established senior client networks within the region are highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a closely related discipline.
