Key Responsibilities

• Establish and steer comprehensive software development strategies that support the organization's vision and priorities.
• Develop and enforce coding standards and frameworks for multiple application platforms to ensure consistency and quality.
• Lead and mentor a large engineering team dedicated to producing cutting-edge software solutions and sustaining existing product support.
• Oversee software deployment cycles, managing releases and updates to guarantee smooth organization-wide implementation.
• Collaborate closely with management to achieve project timelines, specifications, and budgetary limits, alongside creating and monitoring performance metrics.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and handle substantial budgets to meet financial goals effectively.
• Investigate, evaluate, and incorporate advanced coding technologies and methodologies that enhance development productivity.
• Work across various engineering units to drive adoption of best practices aligned with broader company objectives.
• Demonstrate consistent independent judgment and discretion in significant professional matters.
• Maintain dependable attendance, flexibility to work nights or weekends when needed, and adapt to schedule variations.

Education and Experience Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree is preferred; however, a combination of academic coursework and substantial professional experience may be considered. Candidates should possess more than 10 years of relevant work experience in software development and engineering leadership roles.
