Role Responsibilities

• Support the development of key life skills and daily activities in a nurturing environment
• Assist individuals in setting and accomplishing personal goals to enhance their quality of life
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of those served, including medical, nutritional, and personal care needs
• Provide emotional support and help with routine household tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and general housekeeping

Additional Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid U.S. driver's license if applicable
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical demands include frequent standing, walking, bending, sitting, kneeling, climbing, stooping, crouching, squatting, balancing, and reaching at various levels
• Capability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds independently, frequently push or pull up to 40 pounds, and safely transfer up to 50 pounds
• No prior experience required; comprehensive training is provided
