Role Overview
As a Direct Sales Executive based at the Milton Keynes office, you will focus on converting inbound and self-generated sales leads into viva.com merchants utilizing card terminals and related acquiring services. Your role involves delivering exceptional sales service tailored to customer requirements while positioning yourself as a trusted partner.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or face-to-face sales, preferably within fintech or payment solution sectors
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities combined with self-motivation
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- A positive, resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejection effectively

- Ability to understand, demonstrate, and explain web-based software products
- Experience working with a culturally diverse client base
