About the Role

Reliance Jio Infocomm Pvt. Ltd. invites fresh diploma graduates to join its 12-month Diploma Engineer Trainee Apprenticeship Program based in Mumbai. This opportunity offers hands-on experience and classroom training in Telecom Network Operations to build a promising career in the telecom sector.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the deployment of telecom network elements across projects.
• Perform network surveys, audits, and supervise site activities.
• Support customer deployments related to Enterprise and Mobility services.
• Address network issues and manage trouble tickets and customer grievances.
• Conduct network testing and help in monitoring network performance.

Eligibility Criteria

• 2025–2026 diploma graduates are eligible.
• Candidates must hold a 10+2 education plus a diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication or Electrical & Electronics.
• A minimum score of 60% in 10th, 12th, and diploma examinations.
• Applicants should have no backlogs or academic gaps and be freshers without active UAN.
• Those who have previously or currently undergone apprenticeship training under the Apprenticeship Act in any organization are not eligible.
• Preference will be given to local candidates proficient in the local language.

Program Details

• Apprenticeship duration is 12 months.
• Includes 2 weeks of classroom induction training at SHQ/RHQ and 7 days of on-the-job training.
• Regular technical engagement and training provided by the Network Training Team.
• Exposure involves both classroom learning and fieldwork.

Stipend and Career Growth

• Monthly stipend during apprenticeship is ₹12,000.
• Post-apprenticeship progression to Network Diploma Engineer Trainee with ₹25,000/month for months 13–24.
• Advancement to Field Engineer position from month 25 onwards with ₹30,000/month.

Selection Process

• Online assessment.
• Functional testing.
• Panel interview.

• Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
• Only fresh diploma graduates graduating in 2025 or 2026 from specified streams can apply.
• No prior apprenticeship experience allowed.
