Digital Transformation Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Manager to spearhead strategic initiatives that enhance business processes, foster innovation, and drive enterprise growth in Dubai. This role focuses on aligning digital strategies with company objectives to optimize technology adoption and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement digital transformation plans in line with long-term business goals.
• Design comprehensive transformation roadmaps addressing technology, processes, personnel, systems, and operational enhancements.
• Analyze current workflows and systems to spot inefficiencies and potential automation areas.
• Lead digital projects involving cloud computing, artificial intelligence, analytics, ERP, CRM, and workflow automation technologies.
• Oversee project management for transformation ventures including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, risk mitigation, and deliverables.
• Partner with senior leadership, IT departments, business units, technology vendors, and external experts.
• Define and track KPIs for transformation projects, adoption levels, operational improvements, and business outcomes.
• Support change management initiatives ensuring smooth adoption of digital solutions through employee engagement and training.
• Maintain compliance with governance, cybersecurity, and data protection standards in all digital efforts.
• Prepare business cases, investment documentation, management reports, and strategic advice.
• Investigate new technologies and assess their potential benefits on operations and customer experiences.
• Identify opportunities to boost productivity, lower operational expenses, enhance service quality, and increase business flexibility.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent fields.
• Minimum of six years’ experience in digital transformation, business or technology consulting, program management, or related roles.
• Strong expertise in digital strategy formulation, process improvements, automation, technology integration, and managing organizational change.
• Experience with cloud platforms, ERP, CRM systems, data analytics, AI solutions, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects, including roadmaps, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma or other related transformation methodologies.
• Experience in UAE or GCC markets is considered advantageous.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Prosci, ITIL, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma are desirable.
