Job description
Role Overview
The Digital Transformation Manager spearheads and coordinates initiatives aimed at enhancing business operations via technology adoption, process improvements, and elevating customer experiences. This position acts as a liaison across various departments to spot potential improvements, roll out digital solutions, and steer organizational change effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee projects centered on digital transformation and strategic technological advancements.
- Identify avenues to optimize business processes through innovative digital solutions.
- Create and execute comprehensive digital transformation strategies and development roadmaps.
- Collaborate with IT, business units, and operational teams to ensure smooth delivery of transformation initiatives.
- Oversee the integration of new systems, platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Evaluate existing procedures and propose enhancements to boost operational efficiency.
- Track project milestones, manage budgets, timelines, risk factors, and overall performance metrics.
- Facilitate automation, promote data-informed decision making, and encourage technology adoption within the organization.
- Handle stakeholder communications and champion organizational change efforts.
- Prepare detailed reports and present strategic insights to senior leadership.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
- Experience in digital transformation, managing technology, leading projects, or improving business processes.
- Sound understanding of digital technologies, enterprise systems, automation tools, and data management solutions.
- Strong capabilities in project management, analytics, communication, and leadership.
- Able to juggle multiple projects, coordinate with diverse stakeholders, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Deep knowledge of business workflows and how they intersect with technological integration.
- Demonstrates a professional, strategic, proactive mindset with a strong results focus.
