Digital Operator & Customer Service Role

About the Role

We invite enthusiastic individuals passionate about print, customer engagement, and digital production to become part of our team at the Pinkenba office. This position is on-site and involves hands-on operation of digital printing and finishing machinery, alongside providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate digital printing and finishing equipment to carry out varied print production duties.
• Provide customer service support both face-to-face and via phone or email communication.
• Manage customer orders and maintain effective client communication to ensure outstanding quality results.
• Work closely with the production team and Centre Manager to guarantee smooth project execution.
• Assist in preparing and producing printed materials such as flyers, brochures, books, business stationery, posters, and large format signage.

Development Opportunities and Offerings

• Receive comprehensive on-the-job training in print production under the guidance of an experienced Centre Manager.
• Utilize the Adobe Creative Suite with the chance to enhance graphic design abilities.
