Digital Marketing Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Specialist to take sole responsibility for managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. The primary goal is to drive the highest number of premium, qualified leads for our Sales team while minimizing the cost per lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently oversee Google Ads across various formats including Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing with a focus on conversion tracking and ongoing optimization.
• Execute comprehensive Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns encompassing setup, targeting, retargeting, creative development, and campaign optimization.
• Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, and other tracking tools to monitor and enhance campaign performance.
• Assess critical campaign metrics such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate, and Return On Ad Spend (ROAS) to improve effectiveness.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing, competitor benchmarking, and budget allocation to maximize impact.
• Focus on generating quality leads that align with sales objectives rather than merely increasing lead quantity.
• Adopt a data-centric and results-driven approach, managing digital marketing projects independently from conception to execution.

Eligibility

Open to experienced digital marketing professionals skilled in campaign management on Google and Meta platforms who are motivated to deliver measurable lead generation results.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary range of 25000 to 30000 INR.
