Digital Marketing Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to strategize, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing the company's online presence, generating qualified leads, and strengthening brand recognition across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Design and execute monthly and quarterly marketing campaigns to achieve lead generation, recruitment, branding, and customer acquisition objectives.
• Analyze competitors and market dynamics to identify opportunities.
• Manage and grow company profiles across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant social channels.
• Create and publish engaging content including posts, reels, videos, banners, and promotional materials.
• Handle paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and similar platforms to optimize lead generation, traffic, and conversions.
• Monitor advertising budgets ensuring efficient spend and improved campaign KPIs such as CPL, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
• Generate and manage qualified leads through various digital channels, coordinating follow-up with sales and recruitment teams.
• Improve website visibility via SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content alignment.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to deliver branded marketing materials for social media, blogs, and advertisements.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports for management.
• Maintain consistent brand identity and handle online reputation management.

Candidate Profile & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, particularly managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong capabilities in social media marketing, SEO, lead generation, and content planning.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Experience with campaign optimization and reporting using MS Excel.
• Basic skills with Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills combined with analytical and problem-solving aptitude.

• Familiarity with the digital market dynamics specific to Rajasthan and Jaipur is advantageous.
• Ability to independently manage campaigns and coordinate with senior management.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven setting.
