Overview
We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist who will take full ownership of our digital marketing plans. Your role will be pivotal in generating quality leads, enhancing our online visibility, and scaling our product and service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
You will be accountable for the end-to-end management of digital marketing initiatives: planning, executing, tracking, and improving campaigns to meet business objectives. This hands-on role involves working closely with founders and both the development and business teams.
Required Expertise
The ideal candidate should possess solid hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media strategies, content marketing, lead acquisition, Google Analytics, and techniques to optimize conversion rates.
Work Environment
As this is a startup setting, the emphasis is on execution capability rather than merely managing external agencies or offering strategic advice.
Compensation
The salary offered ranges from 18000 to 35000 INR per month.
