Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Executive to oversee and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising initiatives for our garment accessories business. The role focuses on generating leads through WhatsApp by developing compelling ad creatives and managing social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta platforms targeting WhatsApp lead acquisition.
• Track campaign metrics including performance, lead counts, and budget spent to enhance outcomes.
• Develop engaging promotional materials such as ad creatives and reels.
• Manage and update Instagram and Facebook pages regularly, contributing fresh content suggestions.
• Collaborate with the business owner to produce product videos and repurpose them into impactful advertisements.
• Experiment with varied creatives, audience segments, and campaign formats to raise lead quality and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• At least two years of practical experience managing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertisements.
• Proficient in using Meta Ads Manager and knowledgeable regarding lead generation campaigns.
• Basic skills in video editing and creative design.
• Strong grasp of social media marketing strategies.
• Self-motivated and performance-driven with the ability to work independently.

Additional Information

• Work location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
• Working hours are from 11 AM to 8 PM.
• Monthly salary ranging from INR 12,000 to 16,000, plus performance-based incentives.
• Preference will be given to candidates demonstrating proven success with Meta Ads campaigns and measurable results.
