Position Summary
We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to operate primarily from our Zirakpur office. The role involves leading targeted B2B paid lead generation campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) while managing our YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook content showcasing industrial machinery and engineering projects.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and execute B2B paid lead generation campaigns via Google Ads and Meta platforms.
- Manage social media accounts including YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook to highlight equipment and engineering initiatives.
- Utilize WhatsApp Business marketing strategies to generate business inquiries with high intent.
- Enhance website content and optimize Google Business Profile for improved local and regional SEO performance.
- Monitor key performance metrics like Cost Per Lead, ensuring leads are effectively transferred to the sales team.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Between 2 to 4 years of digital marketing experience in B2B, industrial sectors, or chemical manufacturing preferred.
- Expertise with Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager platforms is essential.
- Fluency in Hindi and English required; proficiency in Punjabi is advantageous.
- Must be able to commute daily to the Zirakpur office.
Compensation
Salary ranges up to ₹30,000 per month, commensurate with experience and interview performance. Official stated range is ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 INR monthly.
