Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a committed and hardworking Digital Marketing Executive to oversee and enhance our company's digital footprint across various social platforms. This position requires working from our office during weekdays and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key Duties

• Oversee and update all social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
• Develop engaging multimedia content such as images, reels, and short videos for social media channels.
• Increase audience reach, views, followers, and overall engagement on all platforms.
• Plan, implement, and supervise social media campaigns.
• Handle setup, management, and monitoring of Facebook/Instagram advertisements, including audience targeting and analyzing ad performance.
• Execute email marketing initiatives.
• Continuously analyze social media metrics to refine strategies.
• Ensure consistent posting, branding, and messaging across all digital channels.

Candidate Requirements

• Practical understanding of social media marketing principles.
• Ability to independently create content, images, and reels.
• Proficiency with video editing software/tools.
• Knowledge of social media advertising and audience targeting techniques.
• Strong communication skills coupled with creative problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work from office and possess a personal laptop.
• Prior hands-on digital marketing experience is preferred.

Additional Information

• Work schedule: Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Work location: Office-based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
• Salary range: INR 15,000 to INR 25,000 per month.
