Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Social Media and E-commerce Manager to enhance and manage our brand's online footprint. The position entails crafting a minimum of five Instagram posts daily, promptly addressing customer inquiries on Instagram and WhatsApp, capturing product images, updating the WhatsApp Business product catalog, and monitoring both sales and social media metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and publish over five Instagram posts each day.
- Handle customer questions and interactions efficiently on Instagram and WhatsApp.
- Photograph products and upload listings to the relevant platforms.
- Manage and update the WhatsApp Business catalog regularly.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales data and social media performance.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in social media management or content creation is desirable.
- Proficiency with Instagram and WhatsApp Business.
- Basic skills in photography and video editing.
- Familiarity with Canva for designing marketing materials.
- Strong customer service capabilities.
- Understanding of e-commerce operations and platforms.
Compensation
Salary range for this role is ₹12,000 to ₹25,000 per month depending on experience and skills.
