Digital Learning Trainer

About the Role

We seek a Digital Learning Trainer dedicated to boosting digital learning engagement and fostering continuous skill development among our teams. This role entails overseeing digital learning platforms, managing and enriching learning content, and driving employee participation aligned with Dior’s prestigious standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and upkeep digital learning systems such as My Dior and SkillsUp.
• Continuously upload, refresh, and track training content and learner progress.
• Identify technical issues on platforms and coordinate their resolution effectively.
• Generate and deliver weekly and monthly performance and learning activity reports.
• Monitor learner completion rates, participation levels, engagement, and accrued learning hours.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for comprehensive data analysis, uncovering trends and identifying gaps.
• Create visually appealing educational materials and communications using Canva.
• Produce concise instructional videos and tutorials employing CapCut software.
• Convert existing training resources into dynamic digital learning modules.
• Ensure all learning content upholds Dior’s luxury brand and professional presentation standards.
• Support ongoing digital learning projects and initiatives, assisting trainers and team members.
• Encourage and enhance employee adoption and enthusiasm for digital learning platforms.
• Maintain awareness of emerging digital learning methods, tools, and technology advancements.
• Collaborate closely with trainers, Store Managers, Beauty Consultants, and regional teams.

Required Qualifications

• Professional background in Digital Learning, Learning & Development, training, or related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Advanced capability with Canva; familiarity with CapCut software is beneficial.
• Genuine enthusiasm for digital learning, technology integration, and creative content development.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong organizational, analytical thinking, and follow-up abilities.
• Creativity, proactivity, and a digitally savvy mindset.
• Experience in luxury or beauty sectors is considered an asset.
