Role Summary
The Digital Learning Implementation Specialist will engage with schools to ensure effective deployment of Alef's educational products and services, supporting students, teachers, and school leaders in maximizing success through the platform.
Key Duties
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with school stakeholders, including leadership and teaching staff, to promote effective utilization of the Alef educational platform.
- Provide training for school leaders to enhance their ability to support platform use, data interpretation, and additional features such as the Academy.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing student and teacher data using multiple tools to identify challenges and recommend improvements.
- Lead training sessions and support initiatives that encourage sustained teacher engagement and product adoption.
- Align the goals of Alef’s products and services with the specific needs and expectations of teachers and school leaders to ensure long-term success.
- Implement coaching and support mechanisms that empower school leaders, educators, and students to effectively utilize Alef’s solutions for learning enhancement.
- Collaborate across teams to create efficient processes, tools, and standard documentation aimed at fostering customer success.
- Continuously enhance personal expertise and contribute to overall team performance improvement.
Candidate Requirements
- A degree in Education, preferably in a core subject such as Math or Science.
- Deep familiarity and experience using educational technology within classroom settings.
- At least three years of teaching experience within K-12 environments, specifically cycle 2-3.
- Strong command of instructional methodologies, curriculum standards, and assessments.
- Proven experience in deploying, using, and conducting training on education technology tools.
- Advanced knowledge of up-to-date educational practices, particularly in Arabic, Math, and Science subjects.
- Proven ability to act as a change agent, communicating clear visions and targeted goals to teachers and school leaders.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic languages is mandatory.
