Key Requirements

• Possession of a third-level qualification in a relevant field.
• Proven experience working with Revit software.
• Strong understanding of construction-related disciplines.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and supporting BIM projects for substantial data center developments.
• Collaborate closely with BIM teams, design units, and external client parties.
• Facilitate coordination across multiple departments within the organization.
• Maintain and update model registers consistently.
• Adhere strictly to established BIM protocols.
• Provide assistance in operating BIM authoring tools such as Revit, Civil3D, and Navisworks.
• Support BIM model coordination and review processes using Navisworks for federating models, clash detection, and report generation.
• Conduct site surveys utilizing laser scanning equipment in alignment with company BIM procedures.
• Process and analyze scans to ensure alignment with expected standards and share outcomes with the broader team.
• Drive enhancements in scanning methodologies and become proficient with scanning processing tools.
• Aid the BIM team by preparing meeting minutes and generating BIM reports when necessary.
• Assist in employing simulation tools like Navisworks and Synchro to create 4D simulations linked to project timelines and schedules.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Level 2 BIM, including preparing deliverables such as BIM execution plans, MPDTs, MIDPs, and COBie outputs as per mandates.
• Understand BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and client BIM requirements to ensure compliance of deliverables.
• Manage information based on BS1192 principles, utilizing common data environments (CDEs) and software like Viewpoint and Vault for data management.
