Role Overview
The role of Digital Collection Executive is a full-time position based on-site in Bhopal. The incumbent will be responsible for managing digital collections for customer accounts, primarily focusing on follow-ups for overdue payments through various digital communication modes such as calls, emails, and messaging platforms. Monitoring account performance, keeping collection statuses updated in internal systems, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements are key responsibilities. The role also entails working closely with different teams to address customer inquiries, negotiating payment arrangements, and compiling basic reports on collection progress. Consistent on-site presence is essential for teamwork, attendance at review meetings, and aligning with branch collection goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers.
- Basic digital literacy, including proficiency in computers, knowledge of CRM or collection management systems, and familiarity with communication tools like phone, email, and messaging applications.
- Experience in customer service and negotiation to manage objections, facilitate payment plan discussions, and conduct challenging conversations professionally.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle data accurately, interpret simple metrics, maintain records, and follow standardized procedures.
- Educational requirement includes at least a high school diploma; however, a bachelor's degree in commerce, business, finance, or related disciplines is preferred.
- Past experience in collections, recovery efforts, tele-calling, banking, or financial services sectors is advantageous, along with knowledge of NBFC products and compliance standards.
- Candidate must be willing to work full time on-site in Bhopal and be driven to achieve set targets within a performance-oriented environment.
