Job Overview

This role involves executing well-defined processes to gather ground truth data essential for product enhancement. Candidates will perform tasks by following detailed instructions, ensuring accurate execution and reporting of results. Regular application of organizational software tools and adherence to quality standards and productivity baselines is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute assigned tasks and report outcomes with precision.
• Comprehend guidelines and procedures related to new tasks and releases.
• Conduct repetitive activities based on changing instructions without sacrificing quality.
• Utilize software tools to capture data while maintaining compliance with organizational processes.
• Effectively record results, communicate issues, escalate failures, and provide regular status updates.
• Report and resolve any execution failures or questions within specified service level agreements (SLAs).
• Manage and meet daily objectives despite internal and external dependencies.

A Day In The Life

The daily routine includes annotating and auditing data per guidelines, monitoring task ingestion, and supporting the Operations team by removing blocks.

Basic Qualifications

• Fluent proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; fields in science or engineering preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Quality Assurance (QA) methodologies and tools.
• Comfortable using Windows desktop environments and common software like Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Firefox.
• Capability to manage multiple categories of images efficiently in a high-speed work setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and other related applications.
• Fluency in Hindi (speaking, reading, writing).
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays.
